Sleeping in can be relaxing, but our pets don’t usually agree.
For those who welcome a dog into the home, sleeping in may be a thing of the past. Much like young children, dogs seem to have an internal clock that lets them know it’s time to wake up and start the day.
Unfortunately, they usually refuse to get up alone and insist that their owner gets up with them. It can be annoying, but also quite sweet.
In a now-viral video shared on social media, Max the husky can be seen attempting to wake his owner up and he does it in the best way (though his owner might disagree).
At first, the large dog hops onto the bed and gently nudges his owner’s face. When that doesn’t work, Max hops back off the bed and then starts over to try again. This time, he goes in for some kisses, followed by some snuggles.
The large dog plops down behind his owner and rolls around a little, cuddling up against the sleeping human. It’s precious, but we’re not sure how well it worked in getting his owner out of bed.
