An unsuspecting cat woke from a nap to quite the surprise when he noticed a baby was cuddling up against him!
Cats may have a reputation of being cold and aloof, but some cats have a gentle, affectionate side, too. They can even be loving towards children, though they might need a little exposure to kids first.
A viral video captured the moment one confused cat woke up and saw a baby, and his reaction is priceless.
The video was shared with Rumble Viral by “svetak.”
In the video, a gray tabby cat was taking an afternoon nap when he awake and realized he was touching the baby! The cat looked at the baby for a few long moments before slinking off to the corner and sitting upright.
The poor thing was clearly trying to get as far away from the baby as possible! It’s likely he’d never been around a baby before, so it’s understandable to be confused.
The moment was captured a few years ago, so hopefully the two were able to grow up and become the best of friends!
